Scope

This notice applies to the public SentryIQ marketing website. It does not describe a customer portal, hosted assessment workspace or any public firewall-configuration upload service.

Data minimisation

The website is designed to avoid unnecessary cookies, trackers and third-party contact forms. Enquiries are handled by email through [email protected] and must not include firewall exports, credentials, logs, packet captures or identifiable client content.

Sentry One boundary

Sentry One assessments run from local files under the user's control. The optional Remediation module is the only component that contacts a device, and only when an approved change plan is applied.

Review status

Final privacy wording must pass privacy and data-separation review before public launch.
